Bad parking thread candidate, shirley, but that aside, you get frontage onto a lovely little river, the Allen smile

Super cheap fittings suggests that the money may not have lasted the course, but easily fixed.

Not pawn but doing a second inspection on this place tomorrow and have approval in place for mortgage.

Nice size block.

Nice looking place there Colonial. Is it going to auction, or a private sale?

There's something off with the interior design - looks cheap and nasty in places. Most noticeable in the beige bathroom.

Yes, there’s a sterility to it that makes the property very cold and unhomely. And as you say some of the pastiche features look decidedly cheap. The mdf radiator covers really stand out badly when proper bronze casings or similar would have added a richness and warmth. All compounded by the fact that the purpose of a striking property such as that is to trade convenience and sense for the ability to show off the enormity of one’s penis and having an interior like that is the equivalent of revealing a prawn.

It’s a nice building but you definitely feel a different designer would have dressed it correctly.

Missed opportunity for a really stunning interior but capable of rectification with the right designer. The access lobby on the roof is truly horrendous; just what were they thinking (apart from saving money).

As I posted yesterday, that has all the hallmarks of a project that ran out of money.

Never seen a house with a climbing wall inside...

I will leave it to you all to rip the rest of it to shreds hehe
For that money you can do significantly better, especially if you remove the park ave address tax

Lovely. Some rather twee house-dressing in evidence, but I'm not sure I'd change very much about the house . (Except maybe the price, which sits slightly outside my envelope).

This went under offer within a week of listing, no doubt to someone who really, REALLY likes ornate plasterwork.

I'd have it.

There’s something very charming about that property. Although when the stucco is so big that you have to bend to cross the room the question would need to be raised as to whether someone, at someo point, was a little lost up their own passage.
