A £2m bedsit. Interesting.

And don't get me started on that charmless farmhouse.

How hard would it be negotiate a sale minus the furniture? The building both inside and out look great to me as do the grounds. Different furniture could transform the interior to your own liking if you are looking for something more traditional. I don’t think you would need to redecorate

Until I came on here I had never heard of a "Slut Den"

Personally I would probably re-purpose the wine cellar, for my sins I don’t drink so would be of no use to me.

As for the rest of the house I think I could make that into a really comfortable family home with little effort.

At the end of the day life would be very boring if we all happened to like the same thing

Lovely but some of the interior is rather too "silver" if you understand what I mean.
On second viewing some of the statement furniture pieces are probably a little over the top but that is a very easy fix. It would be nice if they provided a floor plan.

The added benefit is that is only ten mins from my brother who lives in Oxted

Does anyone have an idea on price??
It doesn't come with any of the interior chattels. They will all be removed.

Then a bit of classy paint. Some new flooring. Jobs done.

If that is the case why are they described in the details??

Good point. And it’ll take more than a lick of paint and new flooring to create a decent interior befitting of such a wonderful house.

This one would do me http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

can't decide on this one... not as 'footballer' as most new builds in this style and great selection of cars used for the pictures!

A short while back, this thread had a house in St Albans, I think, with a underground garage, and I have a feeling the cars photographed in that all had "Bell Clasics" numberplates too.

paperbag

It's probably significant that I didn't recognise the house, but remembered the cars.

Hope the first one I posted balanced it out, at least a little!

Hopefully. She’s now ‘writing’ for a far-right wing Canadian website called Rebel Media.
