This won't be for everyone but if my numbers come up this evening I'll be all over it. Just around the corner from me, I had no idea it was like this inside and at the rear (you can't access the rear as a passer-by). Appearances can be extremely deceptive!

On a similar (ish) note, I quite like this, although the interior is a little less "out there". Love the location too...

Gosh, that really doesn't work, aesthetically.
I think it's because they've mixed two styles.

I love the grounds, but the house is awful. I can sort of see what they were going for, but I'd be very disappointed with the end result if I'd built it.

To be fair, the other turret's interior shows power and aerial sockets directly behind where the TV stand would be.

It's the HiFi ads for "wireless speakers", conveniently ignoring power supplies etc, that piss me off!

I drive past this one very frequently, generally waiting in a queue at a roundabout so going past it very slowly or stopped waiting. I always wondered what it was like inside and what it was worth.

Want to live in a "castle"?

Views over Lyme Bay and Tor Bay are pretty special.

Although it was built in 1992, it looks like it was furnished in 1982.

It's dropped £800K since it went up. I know the area very well, growing up in a nearby village. It's got a lot going for it from the 'Old Rectory' angle, but I still don't find it that desirable. Similar places have been snapped up very quickly. This, nearby, was sold almost instantly:

That's seriously proper and definitely thread-worthy. £2m?

£2.4m, but you are expected to hold the village fete in your garden...

Personally i'd enjoy it, living out my Lord of the Manor fantasies. Noblesse oblige and all that.

I feel like this one must have been posted before for obvious reasons, but I can't recall seeing it.

Far too incoherent for my taste.

I think it's nicely done. How much space do you really need though? Who is the driver, anyone know?
