Looks like a pretty uninspiring street, and next door neighbours almost in touching distance. The current Google street view does it no favours.

The only barn conversion is the long one left of the drive and has its own entrance. The outbuildings are part of the property.

USD. It is rather pricey but that is A lister Hollywood type area.

Some of those houses are on the side of the mountain so it’s literally a single story garage and front door behind on the roadside and then 5 story house on stilts type of thing at the back.

Not my idea of a nice place to be but the rich types like it :0

The ‘wine cellar’ looks like it’s been designed by someone whose sole knowledge of wine storage comes from seeing it in a restaurant. Those pointlessly spaced out ‘display’ shelves will need removing and replacing with some proper racking. Puts me right off the place.

The room doesn’t look to be climate controlled so it’s merely for display to show off. In that regard who cars what type of racking there is?
