See map, zoom out, stare at Doncaster Sheffield Airport and think again.

Is it a busy airport? What type of flights from there.....?

Lovely house
From the satellite image there appears to be only four aircraft - two wee cessnas, one other wee thing and an old prop plane like a Herald - so it looks like a quiet enough airfield. You might 8 or 9 commercial jet flights in/out daily, and not much before lunchtime
As it stands ( now) today .. out of holiday season. I’d imagine it’s much busier in the summer

The interior of the first is very classy, the second isn’t. It’s just unimaginative and inappropriate for such a graceful building.
yes

I really love the sense in that house that it is a home, not some soulless show place. Great interior design. I especially like the sombrero on the marble bust in the dining room. hehe
I think both are seriously lacking in warmth and homeliness, but of the two the second has much the nicer rooms and spaces, and could, with some expense, be put right. First on the list would be restoring the wood paneling in the entrance hall. Most of the rest is just decor changes.
TBH I thought that the 1st one was fussy beyond belief - certainly not for me. Quite liked #2, albeit a little stark. But I'd not spend on either (apart from this being well out of budget!) as I've no desire to live in terrace or in the centre of a city

Good news my current favourite local posted above is safe. I’ve walked past this house once a week for years seen some water in this field on occasion but nothing like this.

Looks like they have a few feet to spare. Had to be puckering though.

Field not river

Google’s bund top answer

Bund:- a pro-Nazi pre-World War II organization.

Not sure how that applies but there are some funny types out there

Yup. The other 2 don't do much for me but I'd take the third one.

Agree. The first is nondescript architecturally and the second is not particularly impressive, but the third is beautiful.

Third one is lovely, and set well into its grounds which is not always the case.

The first one's courtyard looks completely out of place for that house. Bit of an eyesore tbh and looking at one of the pictures of the outside the house looks a bit out of place in the street ?

Neither do anything for me.

Great house, but I’d wart a garden space of some sort. It appears to haven’t thing.
I like it - not for £800k mind also the bedrooms don't seem to have a lot of storage

for those saying they'd happily spend a week there....
