Have you actually spoken to him and asked about what he's doing concreting your (very thin strip of) lawn?

Wind up? Where else should they have dropped it? Around the corner? Get a grip man!!
You must very bored or very sad........
You post a photo of a bag of stuff dropped off kerbside (as builders merchants do) and claim it's a "wind up" then have a pop at me rofl

I'll ask again - where else should they have dropped it?

I'm merely updating my thread with (progress) being made.

This is the 1 ton bag of red chippings he had delivered at 7.45am Thursday.

And for the benefit of others: why do you think he's left the bag there for 2 days now and not filled the trench if that's all he's doing? If he is just dropping a row of chippings in to 'stop me touching his lawn'.

You (dicky) have only tried to antagonise me and have not posted anything constructive.

Go to the cinema..... with your boyfriend / girlfriend and have some popcorn there eh.
Actually it was delivered yesterday you already posted the delivery photo - do keep up.

So what’s going on then?

1 tonne of the red chippings. That’s far far far too much to mirror what OP posted as his existing trench chippings heck a couple of small bags would have done the trick.

1 tonne is pretty large scale. The neighbour is clearly on a wind up - possibly having it picked up sometime next week back to the builders merchant.

Re communications it’s now been 8 days since last contact but OP is keeping us updated with his updates of massive material deliveries.

Could neighbour be building a sex gimp cellar / kind of Jigsaw style murder room?

OP... copy, paste, date, print, sign and shove it through his door

Dear Neighbour

Following alterations and attachments you have made to my property I have attempted to discuss my concerns with you in a civilised manner. You however appear to be unwilling to do so and I therefore request in writing that:

1) You reinstate to its original condition my area of lawn that you have removed and replaced with concrete.
2) You remove and make good the attachment made to the rear of my property, namely your fence.

I request that these works are completed within 7 days of the date of this letter. After this time I shall instruct my solicitor to pursue you in this matter.

Sincerely

FiF

What's that area the other side of the lawn? Red chippings. Perhaps he's doing a top up.

Which reminds me, I need to do that too. Need to get about a tonne of terracotta colour chips, and half a tonne of basalt. Anyone know a landscape materials supplier with basalt chipping in Worcestershire or West Midlands?

These sorts of threads are exhausting and frustrating.

On my front property I have red chippings leading to my front door.

On my neighbours front he also has red chippings- more m2 area in fact.

Yes perhaps he is going to fill the trench with new red chippings and use the surplus to spread over his existing chippings.

Time will tell.
Thanks for the ‘update’ but can you confirm that it’s red chippings in that bag?

Any chance you could walk past him house pretending to be on your phone (call not sifting) phone facing the house so you can video it then share it here - but of more formal surveillance/ reconnaissance

Because its Sunday and there's nothing on telly for an hour!

Seriously, are you going to address this or just let the guy walk all over you?

(possibly literally)

I can think of lots. Surreptitiously photographing a neighbour and posting it online is the work of a paranoid nutter.

It probably would have been. I still can't quite decide whether the OP is pulling our collective chains or not!

It's the neighbour's photos I'd like to see nuts because as sure as eggs are eggs he'll be taking them yes
