Yes, but according to one report, they (the alleged murderers) removed all the hard drives, then the Saudis claimed the CCTV wasn't recording at the time.

Yes.

Without doubt somebody has been exceptionally stupid within the Saudi regime. Heads will roll I suspect within the security services. Un-authorised operations, somebody misunderstood instructions, blah, blah, blah. Then business as usual.

Thinking about it further & after the Salisbury affair it's evident talent in the hit-man world is thin on the ground!! Whilst incompetence is high.
