Thanks...of course not. They were from RoofGlaze.
2.2m x 3m they were circa £3100 inc vat and delivery for the pair. In reality though it’s much more, the roof is designed around the lanterns with additional steelwork etc.

Looking forward to more updates.

A few from last week, rendering is now underway and a few more windows & doors.
It’s fair to say, we’ll not be in for Christmas.
That looks and is going to look fantastic!! It’s fair to say, we’ll not be in for Christmas.
Hows your budget coming on from thw £70k? I’m about to renovate my standard 3 bed semi with a rear extension and all in should be about £85k. How you’ve done all that for £70 is incredible?!

£70k is a distant memory sadly. Hows your budget coming on from thw £70k? I’m about to renovate my standard 3 bed semi with a rear extension and all in should be about £85k. How you’ve done all that for £70 is incredible?!
Double that I’d have thought.
We’ve just decided to go the whole hog which added additional costs, including a new roof and new windows & doors
£85k is a healthy budget.

I think you’ll get every penny back come remortgage time though with doing a proper job, looks great!

It’s from Lusso Stone and yes, it was horrendously heavy, 140kg which isn’t too bad but it’s shape and delicate nature made it tricky, I hired a Genie lift to get it up the gap where the stairs used to be. https://www.lussostone.com/stone-resin-baths-c1/lu...

Hahaha...its just the layout of the house, the secondary door used to access what was the extension, which iI think had one eye on it being a potential separate “granny” dwelling. It’s now access into the utility area. The new french doors replace the old full height sliding pvc patio doors, to hopefully give an extra bit of privacy, they’ll be stone balustrade in front of the small patio area too.
