I have had this toilet for about 3 years and recently when you press the button to flush nothing happens and you have to keep pushing to make it work.
I note the tubes are quite long but it worked with them that long before. I did cut the ends off at the end where the circle button is incase the joints were loose
Its a concealed cistern so want to avoid taking anything out if I can.
Water levels have not changed AFAIK - its set to be maximum filled.
Any ideas?

When this happened to me the installer came back and fixed it. In my case the button operated a little concertina type thing like a little set of bellows, and there was a small hole in it. It would only flush if you pushed it quickly before sufficient air had time to escape from said hole.
Establish which part has failed. Take the hoses off the buttons and put a finger over the outlets, press to see if there's any pressure. Also blow into each pipe and the toilet should flush. If there's no flush then the cistern needs replacing. If there's no pressure from the buttons then, dependent upon the construction the seals may well have dried out making them leak. Replace the actuator or try to rejuvenate it by carefully taking it apart and lubricating the seals.
Not push button, but one of our toilets wouldn't flush anymore. Old siphon type flush. Googled, 'siphon flush problems', and it suggested the flap was probably kaput.
Swapped it out for a fluidmaster dual flush, and upon inspection, the flap was all torn and knackered.
What Google didn't tell me was that the person who'd last done some work on the toilet had smothered the bolts and the doughnut washer holding the cistern to the pan with sealant, so that when I refit it, and had disturbed their work, it leaked.
Cue ordering of several new parts, and taking the bloody thing to bits again. Properly compressed seals seem to be doing the trick now.
Quite enjoyed the process, barring the smells that even a clean toilet has when you get right down and close to it.

We also had the same issue. I fixed it temporarily with the finger cut off a latex glove.hotchy said:
I miss a handle. Mines is the opposite if yours. Flushes and keeps flushing... until I press it a good 7 or 8 times until the water stops running in the pan.
Bring back handles.
Easily fixed - you need to have a look on YouTube (in fact it's this one... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syRVlc8eeTY)Bring back handles.
These toilets are quite unreliable and poorly made but they're also so easy to repair and parts are plentiful
