Maybe so, but it's a chance to buy a period property which has had a total "modern" rebuild i.e. electrics & plumbing installed in a way which wouldn't be possible without taking it back to a shell. Potentially the best of both worlds. The internal "period" work looks to have been done to a very high standard.

Though you would definitely need a few litres of paint to fix the outside. Repaint, repaint and pink no more!

Nice exterior, interior needs a lot of work and it’s too close to other houses (which also blights the outlook towards the sea)

Pretty much my dream house in a magical setting in the Quantocks

Whenever I see a path that sort of shape, I always like to have a look at the satellite view, and see what it looks like.

It looks a bit like a "rocket" I suppose.

I posted this place a good few months ago on this thread so it's not selling for some reason.
I like the idea of an 'old' house with modern services etc. And a cock path.

Lovely place just needs someone with some style to transform interior.

Parts of that interior deserve to be on the other thread IMHO.
The dining room window position is weird & just changing the wallpaper wouldn't fix it:

^^^^ Excluding the decor etc it’s a great property

I like this one in the Cotswolds a lot however the plot a bit too cramped to make it special

1) It's not grey
2) It's got colour and variation to it.
3) Someone who has musical instruments in their house and can play them.
4) It's got a vagina tunnel
5) She's quite mad.

Loved that! However even if I lived there for 10 years I think I'd never feel at home.

She is flipping ACE! I like quite a few bits in that house but it is a bit gaudy for me - but it is WAY better than most dull identikit homes
