Is that the place from this YouTube video?

Yes. Unless there's another Trinity House named boat in bright Red on the Thames hehe
The one for sale is in Royal Victoria Dock. The one in the video is moored in Bow Creek. You can see them both on Google Earth.

I actually think it may be a different ship (though obviously a near identical design). A careful look at the Harry Dwyer video one shows the bridge has four forward-facing windows arranged in two evenly spaced pairs, while this one has 5 bridge windows in a 1-3-1 arrangement.

So you are telling me there are two dog dick red boats with the same name that look the same, in London?

You appear to be correct, and that given they were 'working' ships I guess they did all look the same. Seems one is number 93, and the other 96. I take it all back! Different numbers of windows yes.

Lovely building but awful location. No garaging and zero land

Looks like someone has run out of money on that one - pics 6&7 - not quite finished.

Or a small developer was my thought - final finish to your specification and so on.

Nice little 5-bed beach house...

No price, my guess would be AU$5M+ which is around GBP2.8M

Looking around a bit more, I think the price might be closer to AU$7M - house market is going ballistic here...

That's lovely.

Wondered what the building in the foreground was... of course it's a boat house.

I've always fancied a veranda. I'd need a rocking chair on it too I think.
As an update, this place sold about a week ago…

AU$8.57M which is around GBP4.5M

That is nice! Very homely. There is a picture in the games room of a medal and what looks to me like Jessica Ennis (sp?), I wonder if it is her house?

How about this pile on the banks of the Tweed? Just the 14 bedrooms and 47 acres.

Just...wow. Stupendous. Fabulous part of the world and a ludicrous amount of property for the price. If I had any grandmothers left I would definitely sell them to be able to buy this.

Very nice and the price seems very reasonable for what you get!

Good eye!

I tried to make out the detail on some of the others but resolution not good enough.

It looks like her, but google says she lives in Sheffield. Also, there are loads of signed photos and souvenir replica medals available on ebay, so maybe just fan/stalker.

We are staying at my dream country home. Lent to us for a week. Used to be quite... Tired, but has been transformed, recently. Not for sale, so maybe not within thread rules? Don't care as worth you lot seeing this - I am in love with it

G2 listed, but you can't have everything. Excuse shonky photos - phone held whilst herding children.

Main house 500 Square feet and beautifully restored with 7 bedrooms, tennis courts, children's playground, walled garden, pool in another walled garden, various outbuildings, 26 acres, walk to a good pub, glorious.

I want it.

That's what I was thinking. A very deceptive 500 square feet.
