Cann't work out if there is car access, but what a location.

https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/118972121#/...

There absolutely is not car access!

You’ll be parking your car in the car park (chargeable) and walking along with the hoi polloi on the beach outside your garden or parking somewhere in Lelant (if you can find a space!) and walking down the coast path to your £1.5m house.

Tbh it’s a house that will only be loved in for a short amount of time each year so whoever buys it will just suffer with the above!!

Get a lift on the train and jump off behind the house biggrin.

Not a private beach either. Okay, I'm picking holes!

They must be valuing the site due to it’s location at about £1.3m as the house is pretty mundane

This has been for sale for a while now so may well be reposting, but I quite like, despite the drive being dreckly on the A4.

Lovely house to be sure, but maybe too close to the A4 for that money.

Its a great collection and not to go too far off topic

Classic ferrari gt - for special occasions, certain motoring events

Bug - for luxury and speed, its an iconic car also

ENZO- I don't need to justify this amazing cars

Vantage v12 - amazing noise usable and not worth £500k+ so can take it places, everyday car possibly

Porsche gt rs - track stuff, go for a hoon, have fun and move it on for the newest version

Porsche 918 - modern, smart looking, same league as the enzo in period, more usable (not so in your face), I'd have a p1 in an ultimate collection.
Sorry to be pedantic, but that's a V12 Vantage Zagato that most definitely is worth over £500k! smile

Thats a stunner

But, and sorry to be boring, how exactly do you do the following:

1) Your weekly grocery shop
2) Go for a beer or a curry for the evening
3) Find a plumber to fix an urgent leak
4) Get a new sofa delivered

Obvs Im not in the market but am genuinely interested on how this gaff would work as a home

Cheers

I'm surprised we didn't have this one in the thread. I love Restronguet and this would do me nicely. Dare I say it even looks like good value?

Live the location and the view. Hate the house.

Wouldn't go as far as hate but definitely not to my taste either.

I would have a guess that there is vehicle access using the costal path, it looks wide enough

Or just flag down a passing train? They certainly pass close enough.

pfft.. sounds stupid to me.

Also looking on sat view it looks like they've sold the garden for another house to be built between it and the water. I guess thats the roof of it in Pic 1 the bit that looks like a putting green just past the lawn.

You park in Porthkidney car park and handball it to the house - or schlep across the golf course. Either way, it's not an everyday living house, it's a holiday let.

Awesome. I almost don't care what the house is like as the location is so good.
I would say the location puts me off the property!
