Flicked through the entire photo deck.

Not a single thing I'd change.

Perfection in every respect.

pfft.. sounds stupid to me.

Also looking on sat view it looks like they've sold the garden for another house to be built between it and the water. I guess thats the roof of it in Pic 1 the bit that looks like a putting green just past the lawn.
Yes they’ve sold off the garden and ruined the plot. Must have pocketed a load of cash for that though.

Maybe the location wouldn't suit me but the house is extremely well done and like you, I doubt I'd change anything inside or out.

My one fear is that things are getting increasingly toasty up in those Californian Forests...

Underground 10 car garage with turn table and lift seals it. Ok, take my money.
Wowzers…. It doesn’t look as big from the outside, love that.
Been for sale for a year or so, so not presumably it's not every multi-millionaire's cup of tea.
is that garage picture real? looks a bit like an "artists impression" type photoshop they put in flash house brochures

Yes to all of the above (including the small issue of the price).
That. Is. Fabulous.

Sorry, don't get all the love. It's square, bland and soulless. You would also spend all your time (watching the staff) cleaning glass.

I am surprised by the pokey kitchen with the hob jammed up against a unit on the left.
There doesn't appear to be a floor plan - perhaps US EAs don't think it's worthwhile for an $11m place.

Not sure whether that is 70s living or a second kitchen, agree a bit rubbish if not

Cann't work out if there is car access, but what a location.

Awesome. I almost don't care what the house is like as the location is so good.
I would say the location puts me off the property!
Looking at how sandy the area is surely it won't be long before it erodes away and you've bought a patch of sea

Love coastal properties but prefer them on some form of decent rock
