I don’t know if it would be economically viable but it would make more sense to move the stairs down towards the centre of the building, creating more equal space on the first floor.Edited by 98elise on Tuesday 9th December 10:52

Plus the location and limited travel links. I see quite a bit of appeal too, but much as I like isolation that might be taking it a but far. Probably best as some sort of hostel/AirBnB for twitchers.
