it's basically the tile equivalent of a pub, casino, or hollywood bowl floor. terrible pattern so it doesnt show up dirt as easily.

If they had dark tiles round the edge and the colourful ones in the centre it would look a lot better.

I don’t know the area but looks like a lot of space for the money. Just needs landscaping, home furnishings, and to weather in a bit.
