I'd have to wear sunglasses inside that. Beats the usual grey though.
I don’t know the area but looks like a lot of space for the money. Just needs landscaping, home furnishings, and to weather in a bit.
1.25mill for a semi detached warehouse! Madness!

House is absolutely fine, but intrigued that for a house that’s only 5 years old you can put these carpets in it. Some interesting pictures on the walls too.

Large plot, development potential, lots of space for your cars.... then you reach the bottom of the advert:

Please note - there is a concrete filled mine shaft under the front of the property - there are only a few small lenders who shy away from lending.
It's also Modern method of auction b0ll0cs! A non-refundable reservation fee of up to 6% inc VAT (subject to a minimum of 6,000 inc VAT) is also required to be paid upon agreement of sale

Why on earth have I never considered having the washer in the living room?!

To be fair (ignoring all the stuff that needs to go in a skip) - that looks like a decent little gaff in a good location for investment.

If my son was heading to Notts Medical School (He's not) - I'd be tempted to pick that up for his student digs.

I thought that too, looks ex LA, some of those places represent good VFM. I wonder what it'll fetch at auction?

No, it's £1.25m to live in one half of a characterless structure that looks like a former Wickes depot, with a tiny garden and no privacy...

Whilst not in a great area of the city, to be fair it is also well placed for other student digs (10 minutes bus to the main Nottm Trent uni site)

given the Icons I'd suspect that the people living there are either Greek or Eastern European (more likely to be Ukrainian)

It annoys me when they put a fishing price out there to get people to the auction, all the similar houses in the road have sold for 2.5 - 3 times the advertised price.

Carpets aside, it doesn't seem like a lot of house for the money. Is that a particularly pleasant outer suberb of Leeds?

Yes, it’s about 10 miles out of Leeds centre and would be classed as it’s own town rather than a suburb. And it’s got a Waitrose.
