600k for a bloody jazzed up caravan, no thanks.
And no mention of how long the lease is, or what the annual park fee is.

Still, Chesil Beach, though. Doesn't quite have the forelone tension of opportunities missed and promise lost like the film did...

Cleverly photographed so it looks isolated until you realise it's on a caravan park (sorry, "holiday park and spa"!)

I thought the EA had accidentally taken the photos in B&W for this beauty but the garden shows up as green. Is this still a ‘thing’? It must take quite a lot of effort to make it look this atrocious.

Although it does feel like they’ve slipped this one in as a genuine black and white photo as a pisstake.

From another angle:

That's genuinely impressive - It looks like a special effect or a camera filter

"Interesting" interior design !

Walls, radiators, skirting, plug sockets all painted same colour

What the ad does not tell you is the front of the house is within 30yds of the main trans pennine railway line and the rear backs onto a track that leads to a large Network Rail yard for the route upgrade.

Identical house on the same street but further from the railway line and not backing onto the NR trackway with more neutral interior colours sold for £360,000 18 months ago
Don't mind that. Church Fenton is a nice little place, ideal for commuting into Leeds or York. Decor can be changed (kinda like it though - better than the usual paint eveything grey and white) and the TPU yard is only a temporary thing...
It looks like a modernised country pub in those colours. Zooming out just a little, it also appears to be quite close to the end of one of the runways at Leeds East airport. I don’t think that’s a major public airport at the moment, but in the future that could easily change.

I'm surprised the BBC reporter resisted the temptation.

What the BBC article said: Local councillor David Hughes said it was believed a culvert had collapsed, creating a big hole at Nant Morlais, in Pant, Merthyr Tydfil.

South Wales Police, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and Merthyr Tydfil council confirmed they were alerted on Sunday morning.

What it should have said: Local councillor David Hughes said it was believed a culvert had collapsed, creating a big hole at Nant Morlais, in Pant, Merthyr Tydfil.

South Wales Police, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and Merthyr Tydfil council confirmed they were looking into it.

Always curious if it’s a single woman/mum living in houses with this kind of decor, or whether there’s a bloke that occupies the space too..

I'm not sure whether this is a nightmare or PHers dream

The ground floor is a garage (looks to be quite low)

Then there are 2 one bed flats each over 2 floors.

Looking at rental prices in the area there's nothing easily comparable but

For £135k a single bloke could live in one and the other would pay thier bills.

It's on the edge of Snowdonia so would suit someone who likes mountains.

But the village is a bit "North Wales" (said in not a good way)
