Notable only for the selling agent pleasuring himself (bound to be a bloke) with some fine hyperbole.

600k for a bloody jazzed up caravan, no thanks.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/148013336#/...
Still, Chesil Beach, though. Doesn't quite have the forelone tension of opportunities missed and promise lost like the film did...

I thought the EA had accidentally taken the photos in B&W for this beauty but the garden shows up as green. Is this still a ‘thing’? It must take quite a lot of effort to make it look this atrocious.

Although it does feel like they’ve slipped this one in as a genuine black and white photo as a pisstake.

"Interesting" interior design !
Walls, radiators, skirting, plug sockets all painted same colour
What the ad does not tell you is the front of the house is within 30yds of the main trans pennine railway line and the rear backs onto a track that leads to a large Network Rail yard for the route upgrade.
Identical house on the same street but further from the railway line and not backing onto the NR trackway with more neutral interior colours sold for £360,000 18 months ago
Don't mind that. Church Fenton is a nice little place, ideal for commuting into Leeds or York. Decor can be changed (kinda like it though - better than the usual paint eveything grey and white) and the TPU yard is only a temporary thing..."Interesting" interior design !

I'm surprised the BBC reporter resisted the temptation. Be a hell of a lot easier for Colin furze to just buy this place

South Wales Police, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and Merthyr Tydfil council confirmed they were alerted on Sunday morning.

I'm not sure whether this is a nightmare or PHers dream
The ground floor is a garage (looks to be quite low)
Then there are 2 one bed flats each over 2 floors.
Looking at rental prices in the area there's nothing easily comparable but
For £135k a single bloke could live in one and the other would pay thier bills.
It's on the edge of Snowdonia so would suit someone who likes mountains.
But the village is a bit "North Wales" (said in not a good way)
