Lots to like there, although there appears to be a large range cooker at the end of the pool, which seems a bit strange.

Never really understood why that area is so cheap. Move that house not far South into the Cotswolds and it would be 2 or 3 times the price. Is the area that bad?

That is indeed a very fine thing. I would even be okay with the slightly comedy address.

If one was to criticise it at all, it would be that the outbuildings immediately adjacent to the main house aren't included, and they appear to be being developed somewhat.

Evesham is quite down market, The Lenches have few amenities a wild wind swept place, but views across to the Malverns and Cotswold ridge in the south.
