£1.6m and it doesn't have UFH? Bearsden is absurd but not that absurd.

I quite like it actually, but not at £1.6m.

I'll be honest, UFH is something that I've never thought about when looking at pawn.

I wouldn't have fussed about it but they're not even nice radiators, just the cheapest of the cheap.

That's something that I noticed because it always rankles. But easily sorted and overall I very much would.

Gives me "SME office" vibes.

Silver windows and lack of shape to the building. Its literally just boxes. No flair or depth to it. And smooth white rendering, with no wood or slate type materials to give texture.

I can see how some folk would like it, but for me it’s not well enough done to get over the lack of need to build that house, like that, and make it that expensive.

I am disappointed that it isn't shaped like a pork pie.

I like this one, not cheap and pick apart the "blank canvas interior" as you will but it looks like a well planned out set up.

Manageable main house, entertainment barn, cottage annex, lovely grounds, garaging for 9 cars and a double height workshop complete with lift, all dotted around the 11 acres...nice.

I cycled past that place this afternoon and was wondering what was behind the big gates! It's a great area with some fantastic properties set back from the road and surrounded by trees - definitely my idea of pawn

Either that's been on here before or it was on telly. I've definitely seen it somewhere.

been here before. I've mixed feelings about it - thankfully not being interested in London nor having the requisite funds it's a decision I don't have to worry about biggrin

I've seen similar, but not that one, I think - the criss-cross roof trusses are the triggers. I remember an old dairy or a garage was it on GD?

This is a flat in one of my all-time favourite locations, and indeed, favourite properties.

It's a good example of how price and size doesn't really come into the equation for me when regarding something as "pawn"

Beyond that, I could easily drop a pin on just about any property on that road and it would be pawn for me.

It's rare that two properties come up on Gallanach Road at the same time. Here's another -

If I was in a position to buy a second property, I'd have bought the flat by now, no question.

Indeed, the property video shows you the beautiful grounds, the layout is perfection for me.

Same apartment, it came up, sold and now it's back on.
