I have idle thoughts that if/when I am a Billionaire I would setup a motor-racing equivalent to a horse racing stables.

Have a team of mechanics, impoverished racing drivers and random chums/groupies hanging out on your estate with your fleet of interesting motorcars - perhaps also having a suitable network of driveways as a test track (like the JCB chap has).

But that's not the house for that without the land hence my question.

Indeed a very odd choice of picture by the EA as well.

It's obviously only to show the causeway at low tide.

The road leading to the causeway is private property, looking at this: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7EmSD9LVp7CYQLWCA

Ruined by the interior, and conservatory (should be oak) in my opinion

"Ruined" is a wee bit of an exaggeration, don't you think?

I do agree that I'd prefer an oak conservatory in that setting, given the choice but as it is, I don't think it's terrible either.

Property itself is exactly pawn for me, as is the immediate location. Really like that.

On the flipside, too out of the way for stuff for me.
