Fantastic house but 2.5 acres simply isn't appropriate for such a place.

You might want to check out the large water treatment plant just to the south east.

I’m not so sure. It’s the closest thing to property pawn we have seen for £200k in a long while.

The converted rooms are utterly bland but easy to fix and there is a large blank canvas waiting there to do something with!

I agree. Loads of potential I reckon, especially for the money.
This is PH. I see a four post ramp and a spray booth, maybe a milling machine and a lathe. And a furnace.

I'd put money on you not getting permission for a vehicle-sized door.

A house that’s a lot nicer to look out of, than look at.

Loving that, I view it tomorrow- assuming I win the lottery tonight.
Close to Birdham Marina to keep the boat. Bought a boat that was Birdham Marina this time last year, but got it transported to nearer home

I’ve spotted that one before. I really like it, inside is like a beach house looking for a beach, all white timber and stuff.. is it called New England design?

How come?

We bloody love being around Chi. Admittedly, Mrs Sway hasn't known anywhere else - but I definitely have, and would still choose it over almost anywhere else in the country to live.

ISWYM, however it's bedroom 2's en suite, which means it'll be inhabited by my goblin of a late teen son, which means I give zero fks... hehe

Because there's essentially one road in, and one road out and the traffic is fking horrible.
