My office is in Chelsea and I often walk around the area.... the place is rammed with some seriously pricy property - off the charts actually. There will be many spots in London with similar hot spots. Chelsea has some real poverty too, it's an odd place.

I would never want to live there. I need open countryside and no neighbours.
