Agree. Any character that the chapel might have had has been sucked out of it with the clinical interior, and the
other’s just a sthole

I’m not so sure. It’s the closest thing to property pawn we have seen for £200k in a long while.

The converted rooms are utterly bland but easy to fix and there is a large blank canvas waiting there to do something with!

I agree. Loads of potential I reckon, especially for the money.

It’s an interesting 4 bed holiday rent which could be completed for about £300k, high hundreds a week off season and well over a grand from around now till October……..

I wouldn't be surprised, Ynys Mon is very popular with tourists.

Stunning property but I'm not sure I could live with the lack of architectural symmetry to the exterior!!
I'm with you on that. I like a bit of symmetry and this doesn't have it.

If you have to stick chairs everywhere, the place is too big, imo.

Perfect for starting your own religion, no need to be shy about passing around the collection plate.

(Also, side hustle renting the hall to the local fat club in the evening - in exchange for the biscuit concession)

For people who like converted chapels.

Good location in being Bath, modern very liveable interior (there wouldn't have been much in the way of decoration as it was a Methodist chapel), a rear garden (no burials) and off road parking with gates to the rear for possible garage, at very least behind the gates parking?

Lovely stained glass.

Would appeal to a single person, who has an idea of how to use the "meeting room"
I've stayed in something very similar in Anglesea thats was rented out as a holiday let, might even have been this...

Indeed laugh

Post covid staycations have become insanely expensive and nice places do still keep busy.
