I just read the staff manual. Stupidly its 15% but capped at £2500. Better than nothing I suppose.

But it does have mile long drive, which lends credence to the claim "on a private road..."

Not very local but a few miles north but it's the location that also does it.

I lived just a few miles from this place as a kid, and have never heard of it before. If I get the big wim at the weekend i might just buy it,.
