idea If it's a terrace, how about going in the neighbour's loft, is there common access into your loft?

If not, make one wink

Break a window. Cheaper than a locksmith ffs.

Must be something badly wrong if front and back doors both won't open. Is your house falling down?

Why not just do the really manly thing, and just drive through the front door, problem solved, and not only can you then get into the house, but you can claim the living room as your new "garage space" beer

One of my mates locked himelf out, came home drunk kicked the door in & fell asleep/passed out in the hall.
His missus came home later & asked what had happened?
His reply? "The snowman did it!"

Hmm cant do it, its a pvc shoot bolt type unlocks at the top and bottom its the middle bit that wont move. Scared I wont be able to lock it if i can boot it in. Will end sitting up all night with a 7 iron in hand guarding my tv and hd box!!
7 Iron ?
Are you sure? whats the lie like.

Use a 6 I suggest.

HTH
Use a Wedge, more weight where it needs to be & shorter shaft for close hall way combat smile

On a serious note

If its the barrel, try & get one yourself (once your door is open) as £7 will soon be £70+ if the locksmith supplies & fits it.
