Snagger needed for a new build

We're buying a new build (Bryant Homes) which will be ready by the end of June and would like a professional Snagger to come in to look for faults with the property prior to us completing as I know we'll miss anything but the blindingly obvious. Can anyone recommend any companies which would cover South East London (specifically Beckenham)?
