Cats. Grrrrrr!
Discussion
Peoples assumsions that a cat burys its st is bks, we had last year 9 different cats stting in our garden, i put netting over the veg so no cultivated soil and the little basterds st on the lawn, before anyone says Fox ive seen them do it, got a ultrasonic thingy, cost 50 quid, this worked for a year but they have become immune to it now, in at my wits end with them, they st all over the garden and kill any birds that come near, they are a fking menace

I think he should do a mark 2 version and hook up a paintball gun to it.
Cats happily st without burying it.
Cats with collars scratch cars when hey climb on and off.
Our garden is full of cat st, as was the house which got trashed when a neighbours cat climbed in through an open window while we were at work.
Horrible fecking things. Our kids can't play in our own garden without us picking up a load of crap first

Every cat that I've owned (20+) has buried its st, I've never known a cat that doesn't.Cats with collars scratch cars when hey climb on and off.

I'll admit that cats may scratch cars with their collars but I think it's highly unusual. Most of my cats have had collars but they have never scratched any of my cars.

I've seen cats in my garden st and not bury it. They have tried to bury it but when it's in the middle of a cut lawn they don't do a very good job of it.I'll admit that cats may scratch cars with their collars but I think it's highly unusual. But they dig the hole first.
Not round here they don't. They crap on the lawn, they crap in the flower beds. I've seen them, I've mowed over it, I've stood in it, I've cleaned it off my kids hands, toys and clothes. The scary thing is, there probably is a load more of it buried out there as well.
Ah, bd cats, they have forced me to use chemical weapons. My latest attempt at stopping one particular cat stting all over my drive involves lots of Scotch Bonnet chillies, chopped finely in large bottles of water then sprayed over the drive, my hands started to burn whilst making it so it should upset kitty when it parks its arse tonight.
It takes a large amount of self control not to run the fker over when I see it.

On a serious note you can buy ultrasonic repellents and they do work, the only issue is it is indiscriminate and would affect most wildlife, passing dogs etc.

You could try shutting the garage door with the car inside it.
How do they manage to piss on your car cover AND scratch your paintwork?
Unless the car cover is simply in a pile on the floor next to the car.
Is the job of a car cover not to get damaged in order to protect that same damage occurring to what it is covering?
Or are the cats removing the cover too?

Only issue with those aside from pissing off other animals, having tried them is pretty much anybody with decent hearing is also annoyed by them.eg: http://www.amazon.co.uk/STV-International-STV610-D...

Ours st in our garden. Always in the same corner, and always buried.
And nobody will feel the urge to kill your cats, some bury it some don't. The problem is its just as nasty as dog st and if a neighbors dog came round and crapped on your garden you would be annoyed.

But they wouldn't.... Our little evil commander 'Felix' cat would see them off before they'd even assumed the squat...The problem is its just as nasty as dog st and if a neighbors dog came round and crapped on your garden you would be annoyed.

st on my daughters bedroom floor, pissed in the kitchen, ripped the living room curtains and sofa, ripped some of the kids fluffy toys apart, opened the kitchen bin and spread the contents round the house, made a right mess, and when the wife and daughter came home calmly climbed of the sofa and walked past her out the front door.I guess it depends on your definition of trashed, but it made a hell of a mess and I would rather they were all fed by their own owners and had their own litter trays to keep them from stting all round my house.
