7 miles today; I reckon they did at least double that, with their back and forth and dissapearing for a few minutes here and there:

This was Harvey last night.

Not content with one dog bed he grabbed his 'sister's' bed to use as a pillow.

Over 10 and still bonkers

I forget the last I put a pic up but I don't think I'd visited the pups then. Went for a visit last week, yesterday they were all 5 weeks old and a couple have ears standing up already.
Their current home environment is busy, several dogs around, a cat, kids etc.etc. so good really for a puppies start in life. My place is a ghost town in comparison.

I did pick one out, out of 3 boys each are different coats but I picked out the brindle pup as I really love the coat on other dogs.

Also met their dad along with the mum, dad was big ball of energy and built like a prop forward and mum was about as relaxed as a dog gets and happily looking after her pups.

So this is Arnie smile

Cardigan Welsh Corgi, long name but short legs smile

Both excited and terrified for his arrival as up until this point I've only had to look after myself. Though my intention was to gain a companion for when I'm working at home alone and for going walking, as doing so alone was getting boring.

When you are trying to watch the Olympics on TV, and the dog comes and sits directly in front of you on your footstool and stares into your eyes..... you know it's time for his food.

He has a better internal timer than my digital watch!

My previous dog Rolo was a corgi cross and the smartest/cleverest dog I've ever had he could out think Collies no problem (out running them was, as you might imagine, not an option). They are very intelligent dogs but less intense than Collies.

His ashes are still in the house we couldn't decide what to do with them so he is still here.

I still miss him. Sniff.

Yes somewhat familiar with collies as the neighbour has one, gorgeous dog though she loves to try escape through her two gates and have caught her stood looking unsure what to do after she's escaped through both gates. She's also fond if trying to bop you in the face with her nose or smacking you in the jewels with a paw.
Cute dog though, as you say very intense given their breeding.

A corgi was both a dog I fancied before among others but I settled due to their mix of characteristics along with them being a bit unusual. In fact the first time I met one in person was then I visited them. Though they lived up to their reputations of being big dogs with little legs.

Used to go here with Poppy too.

I know it’s been less than 4 weeks since we got her but we’ve formed a very strong bond alreadybiggrin

Took my colleagues dog out for a long walk this morning, such a nice way to start the day. He's a working cocker, almost a year old and really lovely.

Does have a habit of running off into the woods out of sight and earshot (stressful when he's not yours!) but he seems to always come back smile
