I can't remember why Logan wears a jacket, was it due to medical issues?

I think it's just a harness like our whippets wear - a Ruffwear Webmaster harness. They're very good.

Origionaly to strap him in the car, he sits next to me as he thinks he's people and I want him inside the safety cell, I also like him there. The mrs and daughters relegated to the back seat smile I didn't want to strap him into the car by a collar.

The handle is because really useful in out of the way walks lifting over obstacles ( had real problems with Jean last weekend trying to climb over a gate because she didn't have one and one thing all cattle dogs hate is being picked up and they are strong as fk)

Also picking him up if other dogs attack or he gets nasty( unfortunately since he injured his leg he can be agressive if not introduced correctly) has been very useful.

Jean is too young for a harness but she will get one after she is about 1.5 years. Apparently can misplace elbows.

I can recommend that ruffwear harness he's worn it none stop for about 3 years rolling constantly and rubbing on walls plus most every day swimming. It's held up remarkably well it's not often I'm impressed with a product but with this I am.
( unfortunately I've been through 2 extremely expensive ruffwear leads and I won't be buy any more of them on failed completely on me a few months ago as In snapped I replaced them with two more because I thought Jean had chewed them with her puppy teeth but have noticed they are failing in exactly the same way and she's been nowhere near them)

Tldr
This was why

So many lovely dogs on this thread!

Our little Jack Russell terrier Hari!
Bought him as a Christmas present for my parents last year as they've always had a dog until sadly we had to put him down due to illness. They had been hinting at getting one but weren't sure so I did it for them...

Here he is when he was 8 ish weeks old:

So small bless him - next to my size 13 shoe for comparison:

And now at around 8 months old, probably won't grow much more now really:

And one after a trip swimming at the beach - one knackered puppy!!

And one final one (other JRT's must do this?) how he lies down, especially when it's hot he'll lie like this on the tiles to cool his belly down!

Daphne is finding the heat hard work, as are the other two, in particular Daisy.
