Otto made a bid for freedom, or rather he spotted another dog across the road from our house when he was being let in the house.
BMW 5 series at about 15-20mph. Got knocked about 10m and made a sickening noise in pain.
The Vet says he will make a full recovery and because the break doesn't cross the articular surface he is unlikely to suffer any arthritis in the future as a result.
How do you keep a puppy still for 4 weeks?

Oh no, poor Otto, but I guess it could have been (much) worse. My best friend's first puppy was killed in similar circumstances BMW 5 series at about 15-20mph. Got knocked about 10m and made a sickening noise in pain.

Oh no!!! Poor Otto, the problem is they really don't understand the dangers of running off like that! Hopefully he'll heal and be back to himself soon!! As for how to keep him still, have you thought of a board and a roll of Duck Tape?? BMW 5 series at about 15-20mph. Got knocked about 10m and made a sickening noise in pain.

It's when it gets all clogged up in his collar and tag
