Hendrix & Floyd.

Nice pic and dogs. Is Hendrix a Burmese mountain dog ?
Hendrix is a Bernese Mountain Dog (nearly 7 years) and Floyd is a Komondor, he's about 5 months in this pic. He's now 8 months, 42kg and growing fast .... !
I like the breed, i picked a 5 month old male up from Brussels airport two weeks ago.

Chewie had his plums removed today. He wonders what the point of life is now...

We are starting the last week of our Spanish holiday and Lottie's confidence 'poolside' has really improved, she is not ready to jump in on her own, but loves being part of the fun and games.

What a great way to spend a Monday, playing with your best friend smile

Rare capture of the "actually asleep" mode and not the usual pretending with one eye half open. B&W because it was a bad colour low light shot and I didn't want the flash to wake him.

I love this thread and can finally contribute so.....

Introducing our new golden pup Eddie, we collected him from Kent last weekend and he's already settling in really well. He's not quite mastered sleeping in his bed yet though..

When Doug was young he didn't quite understand how to sleep on his bed either. Eddie's a cute little guy btw.

Will you let Floyd's hair cord or will you keep him trimmed?

8 months and 42kg, Daphne is 8 months in a week, she's not yet 3kg!

Is there any other animal on earth which has such a broad spread of size?

Mr Doofus is still with me, its been a long week and a half and a battle of wills getting him to behave himself. He is an absolutely lovely dog but my god he's a little sod. Finally seem to be getting somewhere the last couple of days though. His dad is back from hols on Friday, the house will no doubt seem very quiet when he's gone frown

Took the pack out for a hike yesterday. This is the oldest Lab "Kaylee" (11 years) taking a rest and some time to enjoy the scenery.

That's a good pic. It's so difficult taking good pictures of black dogs. Mine tend to come out as silhouettes unless he's in perfect light.

Re: Piccies of black dogs - Hehe, very true!

Love shepherds, its the breed I grew up with as my parents are (still) besotted with them.

Gawd, really spamming the thread today. But... I wanted to share how I solved the mystery of the disappearing: apples.

rose hips,

and berries, from the garden...

Definitely a forager... Now if we can just teach her to bring them back in one piece.
