Are you practicing ‘stay’, or is Reginald taking his standoffishness to new heights?
The latter. Mrs Guitar took the photo. She needed to get back to work but Reginald was not interested in leaving the field. She went and sat in the car and he remained there. Eventually, she had to go back and hook up his harness.

He'd still be there now otherwise. He's quite obstinate...

His strength of mind made for a good photo all the same smile

Our 1 year old Old English Sheepdog, Cooper. We’ve had bad news recently though and found out he has heart failure so doesn’t have too long to live. We were hoping he’d get to meet his little brother or sister but he probably won’t. Gutted is an understatement.
A sad update - we had to put Coops to sleep on Monday as the fluid around his heart came back with a vengeance and began suffocating him. We spent all of Sunday night just being with him as he couldn't lie down to sleep.

Absolutely devastated - the pain is horrible and everything in the house reminds us of him. I'm just glad he's no longer suffering.

Very sorry to read this about Cooper. It's good that he's not suffering, now sadly it's the humans' turn as he's sorely missed. All the best Nezquick, thinking of you.

Sorry to hear that Nezquick. It's always difficult losing a much loved pet but in one so young... It's just so very sad.

Too many good doggies gone this week, commiserations to all involved.

My little terror terrier is 12, and I know, I know...my previous one lasted to 18 so hopefully a wee while yet...

Dreadful news Nezquick, he was only a baby. Genuinely upset about this one - I get upset about all the dog losses on here - as the poor lad didn’t even get the chance of a decent life. Wish you all the best my friend and if it helps in any small way post messages and pics on here as often and as much as you like. smile

Colin, the Scottish terrier. Looking like the landspeeder out of Star Wars.

One of 4 we have. An absolute superstar.

This thread is an absolute rollercoaster.

Nezquick, so sorry to hear about Cooper, especially as he was so young, just remembered that you gave him the best life he could have wished for!!!
Rest easy now Cooper, run free beautiful boy.

Killysprint, that's an excellent picture, he really does look like a flying furry landspeeder!!!
