Ms yazza was away all weekend
Saturday walked rocky to Starbucks, decent loop, to kill a few hours. They let dogs in now and he was really well behaved in there. I ended up sitting outside and he got lots of attention off some 20 something YO girls.. bit of a magnet
Sunday I chucked him in the car and drove to a local country park to meet my parents and their ex rescue b
h Isla. She's a funny dog, very quiet and just does her own thing, seems totally unflustered by anything. They got on great, if anything they both just did their own thing and didn't seem massively interested in eachother.
Rocky can be reactive if another dog kicks off when he's on the lead but never had any problems off the lead. He met lots of dogs and no issues with any of them, even with another male dachshund that was trying to bum him, it made me laugh that it wasn't remotely interested in Isla
That was fun dad but can we just chill now

Gretchen, does the little one behave when out with Seth? It always looks beautiful where you are.
Jack said when I mentioned I was getting a puppy “Oh God. Daddy will rip its face off”. They’re fine. Seth gets excited and wants to play. Daddy is grumpy but will join in and lets Seth know when he’s had enough. Daddy isn’t great with many dogs, or people, especially ones that lunge their hands to stroke him! Like NO. He will bite and snarl in typical Chihuahua. Gretchen, does the little one behave when out with Seth? It always looks beautiful where you are.
I’m lucky where I am there’s plenty of countryside. Mostly my neighbours fields and Seth loves having his photo taken as much as I love taking it.
Nice light evening walk after work tonight and back as the sun set.
