Maple turned 1 yesterday although we only spotted the local yoot's had bought flowers today.

Still miss my original ginger buddy, trained as an attack killer dog / plum carrier.

They're roaming wild at the moment - any ideas on how to tame them? - Frozen Sausages?

Been nice to have that doggo life back for a bit with Amber for the weekend.
A very different proposition to Summer. She is quite sweet and gentle despite looking seriously unimpressed most of the time hehe
She is also a good lesson in not giving up on a dog that has a few issues.
She is a rescue and when my sis got her she was quite nervy and did not like strangers, especially men. Wouldn’t let me anywhere near her without kicking off, even just being in the house she was on edge and would bark if you moved.
Sis and her hubby have done great work with her in the time they have had her and she is relaxed and happy with most people now.
Came home to her from work on Friday and she was beaming to see me and we were out in the garden bounding about, cuddled up together on the floor on a lazy Saturday morning and happy with me n Mrs Will cleaning her paws n ears, all that would have been unthinkable a couple years ago.

Dogs have a new spot in the window now that Mooch is old enough to not be in a crate.

Sunday we met Lucky, a lovely bichon lady from our greater neighbourhood and her equally nice human who thought of Teddy being such a cutie etc etc.

It culminated in our agreement to let them have little ones if possible as the genuinely liked each other (and the hoomans share their duties), and bichons and maltipoos should get nice babies...

Let's see how this turns out.

and yes, he is a cutie

I don't have any recent, decent shots of Benny as he doesn't sit or pose for photos, so I usually just end up with back-end photos of his "question mark" arse!

A lunchtime walk in the sun about 10 days ago, just as snow is forecast again for this weekend! rolleyes
