Beautiful dog. Great shot. Superb detail in the eye. Phone flash, reflective card?

It didn’t quite happen, in the end. Got to meet and walk her though. Which just reinforces my opinion - that we need a dog.

Sorry to hear that but I'm a strong believer in fate. The right dog will find you. Good luck.

Went to Food & Fuel in Bicester and a good mix of cars there. He got lots of fuss and many took photos of him. Like a little celebrity. Seemed every 5 mins someone was asking to say hello. Typical Shiba though, by the end he was done so was fully aloof which did upset some kids. It's how they are and I never force him to say hello. I always give him the choice. We are going to Rustival Saturday too.

I don't know why, but I had assumed he would be bigger than a border collie.
Obviously a bigger personality smile

It was our first time meeting Bess the collie and she's still under a year old but I've known her Dad for years. He said the same. Mika looks a bigger dog in pictures when he's on his own but is on par with most other Shiba, if a bit fitter as we hike but he's very floofy too. Big personality is correct and he does things on his terms. But he really enjoyed it. Slept all the way home.

Look what Wilf found. Wilf will now destroy, fortunately it was already knackered, no children were upset in the entertaining of Wilf.

I dread the day rainbow bridge comes into view. Ted is my best friend and I cannot imagine being without him.

Ted as I’m typing…

Here's Buster, a JR a few weeks after being born in 2012. We had the litter at home, mum was a Jack Russell crossed with a Norfolk. The pup to his right and at the front was around today, she's blind sadly.

Here's the old fella tonight, nearly 14 years later. Two decent walks today and he's shot.
