Daphne is not keen on being groomed, especially the Furminator. This is what Daphne thinks of the Furminator:
We have tried various brushes, without much success. Have any owners of fluffy dogs got any suggestions, please, of grooming tools which Daphne might not want to destroy and which are effective?

So definite worthy update.
I have engaged with. Dog sitter who will visit home and sit with Reggie for an hour when I have to go into the office . And as the dog sitter is a lady, Reggie is over the moon!!!
That s not the good news . Yesterday we saw his tail wag . Not just a pivot but a definite wag.
Then today we can see his legs move as he pulls himself along rather than just being dragged. Using is back legs to aid Propelling him forward.
Then just now sat on his pen he had wiggled out of his nappy, and I watched him stand, from the sitting position only for a second but a definite stand. He promptly sat back down and then laid down, but got himself into a more normal playing position, with out his back legs tangled.
Then As I brought him back indoors . I lifted his back end with the sling, his back legs were doing the walking motion.
He still poops and pees at random, but what a day what progress.
Now he is in bed resting key is not pushing him too fast. Allow him to go at his pace but goodness me what a difference in 72 hrs!!
Got to go as I am crying my eyes out as I type this .. I think he is going to be ok!!!
