Young Frank was attacked today by an off lead Lab (Frank on his lead) with no owner in sight.
The usual oh he s never done that before as my daughter was booting the Lab to make it let go of Franks neck.
Really riles me when this happens - totally irresponsible to let your dog off lead and not have sight of it.
Anyway, he s ok and no physical damage.
Time will tell how he is on tomorrow s walk.

Sorry to hear about Frank's ordeal. It's so annoying when people allow their dogs off lead and then they attack another dog.
Frank is the spitting image of our 12month old Boston, our first Boston and we love him to bits. Such a great personality.
Our miniature Jack Russel was attacked by a German Shepherd when on a beach. Ours was on a lead, the German Shepherd off and went straight for her neck. Owner shouted at his wife to get the muzzle, claimed to never have done it before. They proceeded to leave it unmuzzled and off lead and it went on to attack another dog straight away.

They really are amazing characters!
I just can’t comprehend how people find it acceptable to have dogs that are clearly aggressive off lead.
As in your case, to be carrying a muzzle they must know there’s an issue with aggression but don’t deal with it.
Last time, she got a 'cutsie cockerpoo' cut, with the nose and tail fluff left in place. Ready to charm old people having scones in garden centre cafes.
This time, I elected to go with 'practical terrier' cut.
She can have her scruff back in the winter when there's less sticky buds to pick out of her chops!
