Friend of friend many years a go left the naming of her two kittens to her kids - they were toddlers at the time, so they got 'Jelly' and 'Cupboard'.

I wanted to call one of mine.... Satan's Little Helper but Satan for short might upset the vet's nurses.

I opted for Jedi and Mister Tibbs (as in Virgil Tibbs "In the Heat of the Night")

I always liked the names of the Dury Lane theatre cats. There's always a pair, one of each. No prizes for guessing which is the tom.

Plug & Socket.

My cat's original handle was Gwendolyn. As she's certifiably insane I call her Potty Cat.

Moglet!

Currently feeling sorry for himself after a trip to the vet today for his boosters. It was all going ok until she took his temperature. Didn't like the thermometer up the nipsy, so he showed the nice vet his displeasure using these.

And one of his sisters, orphan Annie, so called as she was the only one of the litter no one else wanted, so we took her as well as her brother and sister.

Gary is a cool name for a cat.

Our first cat was called Jarvis (after Jarvis Cocker from Pulp), he turned out to be a she but the name stuck.

The rest had normal cat names, Pepper, Oscar, Jazzy, Fluffy (already named when we got her), Mischief (already named when we got her).

My boy cat is called Ryu. I grew up playing StreetFighter 2. A year later I got a girl cat and was sorely tempted to follow the theme.
