My outlaws went to the Moulin Rouge a few years ago, for their 50th wedding anniversary.

My FIL enjoyed it, "Great tits, mate!" he told me about the ladies laugh
Surprisingly the MIL liked it their too.... maybe it had a positive effect on her husband! Haha!

Another thumbs up for The Moulin Rouge.

We went about 5 years ago and it was an excellent night out. Decided not to eat there but we had an excellent bottle of champagne on our table for 2. The show was not "smutty" in any way and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended.

Booked directly with the venue. Link here......https://www.moulinrouge.fr/reservations/step-2

Went there a few months back, great night. Slightly cheesy, but good fun. Not as seedy as it sounds and is a bit of fun - would definatley reccomend.

Would second the champagne on the table as I dont think it added much to the price and there didn't seem to be much service once the show was on - also the prices looked mad.

We didn't eat there, but did have a cracking meal at http://www.lestantesjeanne.fr/ just round the corner.

Edit - Moulin Rouge btw...

Moulin rouge a few years back. Monumentally cheesy. But if you're expecting that it's fine I guess

Moulin Rouge...Topless clowns.
Now I like boobs as much as the next man but I'm not a fan of clowns, so topless clowns presented me with an emotional dichotomy.
Other than that and a semi naked lady in a bath with a big, disinterested python I just remember being crammed in, cheek by jowl with all the other punters.
Worth doing once I think.

My wife insisted we went while in Paris a couple of year ago - one of her favourite films is Moulin Rouge, I thought it was an overpriced and overrated purely aimed at tourists. I thought the Casa Rosso in Amsterdam was better value...

And it's surrounded by naff sex shops, so again you may was well go to the Dam and enjoy the coffee shops as well

In typical PH fashion.. (ie. not listening to advice..) I and the Mrs went to the Crazy Horse.

To any who want a good, memorable night out in Paris - I'd honestly recommend it.
Have a look on their site if you're interested.

edit: I expect we'll be off to the Moulin Rouge on our next trip to Paris - after our short trip (4 days..) we're both dying to go again.
