Las Vegas restaurant/diner

I'm sure you can find something here => http://www.eatinglv.com ( Such as this... )
I suspect if you want a decent non-casino restaurant you'll have to head out to one of the higher end suburbs eg. Summerlin on the western edge of the city.

Further to my earlier suggestions, there is also a bit of a 'Restaurant Row' around the intersection of Paradise and Flamingo (a couple of blocks to the East of The Strip) that has a mix of places, including => https://delfriscos.com/steakhouse/las-vegas
We went here, good food and plenty of choice. Away from strip so transport needed.

We had our wedding breakfast for 12 here- http://www.alain-ducasse.com/en/restaurant/rivea-l...
We were at the chefs table and views of the strip are fabulous. It used to be the Mix restaurant at THE hotel. Now called the Delano - not really like a hotel and the food is great.

If it's not breakfast in the morning I'd consider

If it is actual breakfast stay on the strip and do Bouchon at the Venetian, or for something a little different DW Bistro

I love how the OP clarifies his ambiguous use of English by answering using a French word.... And, to heducate you further, wedding breakfast is the official posh name for the celebratory meal after the service.
you can thank me in fine wines delivered to my hotel room out in LV :0
Quick update
Have nothing but praise for Echo and Rig in LV
Really fabulous meal after the Little Chapel Service. Range of organic steaks/fish/side dishes suited all tastes. All courses served at once to whole party and piping hot off their grill. Service couldn't be faulted. Sitting out on their terrace in 82 degrees heat at the end of October was hard to beat. Felt like a film set. Overall cost, with drinks, worked out at a massively reasonable $50 per head.
Highly Recommended.
