seen Mount Fuji a few times when working, arriving in Tokyo bay on a ship, we had a trip out one time when
were in Yokohama, there are a lot of Onsen in this area, so best guess would be somewhere between
Yokohama and Mt Fuji!!

Sorry forgot about this, you're in the right area, The view is taken from the top of the Hakone Ropeway where you can buy black eggs cooked in the boiling water on the top of the volcano.
It's strange walking around reading signs of what to do in case of volcanic eruptions.
