Is the tower at the front leaning?

Looks like the leaning tower of somewhere maybe orthodox looking in some possible Eastern European country somewhere

It’s in the Eastern end of Europe, but none of the countries mentioned so far. The tower isn’t leaning as far as I could see - could be a trick of the lens.
