Further to my previous guess, and the geological tip, I think I've actually been here whilst at Uni, we went to Bude and then to here. Professor got very excited at pointing out the different formations of the cliffs.

Is it Heartland Bay or Heartland Cove, something along those lines?

Its Hartland Quay. Not far from Bude, we have just bought a barn conversion there, so its the only place I have been to this year to take a pic!

I've been to Hartland Point, complete maze of roads !
Will have to remember to stop at Hartland Quay next time.
