I'd have to buy the bugger first.
I am not sure, "I am really interested, but I need to spend a night on board with the family first" is going to wash.
Maybe not, and in this weather it would be rather a sudden intro. But it seems you might have that option if you buy it which is a good step.I am not sure, "I am really interested, but I need to spend a night on board with the family first" is going to wash.
Buying a boat is closer to buying a small house than buying a car. It will be interesting to see if the internet research works in reality. Enjoy!

Seriously upmarket gasto place with a casual environment. I've been there on and off over many years. Changed hands last year and got back to how it was good several years ago. If you go,say hello to Rob the manager.

It’s a great place but a fair old drive from the marina. https://thejollysportsman.com/

Second the Ginger Dog if you want to walk somewhere.
The Marina is all horrible chains, and chavvy, don’t recommend any!
We have a ton of great restaurants in the town but would involve driving. Most NCPs offer an evening rate of £4.50 after 6pm though so if you’re up for driving I’m happy to give you a list of great places.
