Inspirational stuff - hats off to you.

Really looking forward to following this. I’ll have a few months off when I leave my current job and am sorely tempted to use that time to do something of significance.

A pint for £1.49, impossible!

Looking forward to your updates. Sounds a brilliant thing to do. How are you planning the walk each day? As in sticking to footpaths and just entering towns for cheap pints and pasties?

I’ll mix and match the route. Today from Penzance to Hayle I used Slow Ways website and it was mainly footpaths and cycle routes. From Hayle I used google maps to pick quietish roads to Cambourne.

Todays vid…

19 miles today. Nice!

Quick question - are you using iPhone? Are all your photos taken in live mode on purpose?

OP, Looks like I saw Philps bakery on the quay in Hayle.

Hope you stopped for a pasty there.

I would (and should) have but i’d just had one from some chain bakers in the centre of Hayle. I should have waited.

I like the live photos, they add a some life to the video. Really good luck with this, I'm very jealous!
(P.S. There's no 'u' in 'Camborne')

What a dope. I even took a photo of the town sign and didn’t notice.

I was more thinking about his storage with them all saved as videos.

If you want to change it go to camera and click on the sun looking shape top right to toggle on/off

Pasties.

Look for Malcolm Barnecutts, there’s one as you leave Camborne and get to Pool near South Crofty mine and more further up the county, as you get nearer England.
