I think you should have it Blue. So over to you.
Clevedon is in North Somerset, hence the ish bit to the Somerset answer earlier.
Avon was abolished in 1996 when we became N Somerset.
This area is known as The Pill and here is a pic of it this morning.

I don't think it's a wide enough promarde for De Panne Belgium, but has that northern France / Belgium feel.
