The small island is Prince Charles island. Where I am standing to take the picture is a spot Captain Cook once stood in.

So if the small island is Prince Charles island. What is the bigger island I was on?
Google doesn’t find this - keeps taking me to an island in Canada. How far is it from Lizard island? (Which google does show)

Thanks!

I found Nymph Island, which sounds interesting. The whole area looks beautiful - one for my bucket list.

That was my first impression but it looks too hilly

Now I've seen it on a big screen I think you're right

Its stunning. We had 6 days on Lizard and had access to one of their boats and a skipper who took us to various coral cay islands, we did snorkelling a scuba diving with massive Potato Cod. However, it wasn't a budget holiday! I probably couldn't afford to do it now.

It is, and it is Bathsheba - we'd just had lunch at Zemi, enjoying the views.

Very kind as I thought the rocks looked wrong smile

I was lucky enough to spend 6mths in Barbados, cycled round the island one day, Bathsheba was our halfway point.

Anyway, should be an easyish one from this week:
