Step One underwear.
Some tubby bloke in a t-shirt and boxers going on about how his legs chafe together when he walks and how comfortable and amazing these new boxers are.
If I was him, I'd be more worried of where my nobs gone as wearing them pants makes it look like it can magically make it disappear.
My eyes aren't the same anymore.

You have it completely backwards.
Vast majority of Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam. Korea, Hungary, Norway etc etc and are outdoors enjoying life. Going to work. Getting health care.
Whilst in free uk, people are barley leaving the house, scared to go to their gp or the shops.

More defiance.
Cut him some slack, I could be raising my own head above the parapet here, but I think that both definitely and defiantly could be used as descriptive terms for a way that a third world holds and shows its attitudes. More defiance.

I refuse to belive that grooming gangs do not exist in Leicester, parts of it a very defiantly third world in attitudes and practice.
i.e. they definitely have third word attitudes, and/or they defiantly hold those attitudes.
