To be fair it looks like the job has been executed well by someone who knows what they are doing. It's not something I would want but he looks like a bloke that's quite serious about his body mods.

No problem with people wanting stuff like this or those tubes in their lobes etc, what annoys me is when they grow up a bit and expect the NHS to sort the ruddy things out!
