I went to TGI tonight in Sheffield. It was littered with lovely and/or interesting cars: 1x Scirroco R, 1x Pug RCZ (in a lovely colour combo), 1x Renault Twizy, 1x SAAB 9-3 Turbo X, 1x Porsche Panemera GTS, 1x Bentley Continental GT and then the star of the car park - a RUF RT12. My oh my!
The meal and friends were also great. It cost less than expected aswell - major bonus. We also saw a shooting star on the bypass on way home. Great ending to today. Why is my life so good this week?

After a lovely bright day, it's now very cold out as I 'recycle' tonight's IPA and Sauvignon Blanc onto the lawn with a happily muzzy head.
The cold air is tumbling down the valley in the distance and condensing into orange, sodium street-lit fog but up above the stars are twinkling. Strange pea-souper/crystal clear contrast.
Thankfully the fire is roaring inside with the Ash logs burning yellow-blue hot.
All is well.
Maybe I will open the bottle of red.
